But in the end…

We signed with $0 down.

This meant if the deal didn’t work out, I would lose nothing… talk about a “no-risk” deal!

The agreement was to lease the property for the payments on the home then buy it for $157,000 within the next five years.

I followed the steps to market the property and quickly found a tenant buyer. (I’ll teach you how to do this in the masterclass)

Soon after I found a tenant buyer that wanted to buy…

We agreed on $180,000 for the house.

The tenant buyer had $10,000 to put down and would buy the home in 2 years.

I also created $300 a month in cashflow… the difference between what the buyer paid me and what I paid the seller.
